  • Abstract:
  • This study investigates the impact of various leadership styles—autocratic, democratic, and transformational—on employee performance and organizational outcomes. Through a mixed-methods approach, including quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the research reveals significant differences in employee satisfaction, productivity, and engagement based on leadership style. Autocratic leadership is linked to decreased employee morale and performance, whereas democratic and transformational leadership styles are associated with enhanced employee satisfaction and organizational innovation. The study concludes with practical recommendations for organizations seeking to improve leadership effectiveness.
