abstract = {The natural fiber-reinforced composites are emerging as a possible replacement to glass fiber composite for low-cost applications. The aim of research is to develop successfully and characterize mechanical properties of bamboo fiber composite (BFC) using polyester as a matrix with different parameter like as, weight fraction in different weaved pattern fibers at different layering arrangement in bidirectional bamboo fiber composite. Flexural test and tensile test will conduct as per ASTM standards to determine mechanical properties of bamboo fiber composite at different parameter. For the purpose of analysis, to find out hybridization effect by varying weave pattern i.e. plain weave bamboo fiber(PWBF) and twill weave bamboo fiber(TWBF), also to find out layering arrangement effect by stacking sequence in bidirectional of composite. The drilling process to optimize the cutting parameters through work piece circularity. The optimum value will determine with the help of main effect plot and ANOVA table},
