abstract = {The word cryptography means "secret writing." However, we use the term to refer to the science and art of transforming messages to make them secure and immune to attacks. In public key cryptography, there are two keys, one key called as private key is kept by the receiver and the other key called as public key is known to the public. The most common and known public key algorithm is RSA Algorithm used for encryption and decryption. However the algorithm is highly complex and is less secure. This paper suggest a new and modified RSA Algorithm to increase the security and to reduce the computation time by providing offline storage of the key parameters before the process starts. The modified RSA Algorithm uses three prime numbers so that the RSA modulus is difficult to crack by the hackers in comparision to the existing RSA Algorithm.},
