abstract = {Cloud environment is the major source which is used for various services; it is composed of various services with inter-links between clouds. To provide services, the provider should check for quality of service that the customer need. Provider runs various services on different clouds to provide the service which should not exceed the Quality barrier, which he agrees to give to the consumers. The provider should assure guarantee to the consumer for quality of service. The challenge is the key for the service provider. We present a technique or method which continuously checks the QOS on cloud environment, so that resources provision can be done and deleted dynamically based on the agreement. We also test the mechanism by developing a prototype and results are checked based on granularity.
