abstract = {Safety of people matters a lot. The streets, public transport, public spaces in particular have become the territory of the hunters. People at home are not sure of his housemates return safely. The primary issue in the existing system is when the user travels from one place to another, the dynamic GPS system should get turned on to get monitored by their registered users. To aid in the removal of these constraints, this paper presents SAFE SAVIOUR, a personal safety application for all smart phone users. The user can interact explicitly with the user interface by pressing the ALERT button thrice. It has some unique features like sending alert to nearby same app users by finding them through K-Nearest algorithm. Receiver can send acknowledgement to sender and other receivers. Receiver is guided towards sender with the help of GPS based location tracking offered by Google Maps JavaScript API and play siren, voice based alert and SOS message to make the user feel safe. All the user details are stored in firebase database.},
