Many organizations use biometric based attendance system to mark the attendance of employees. Few organizations use RFID cards or tags embedded in identity card of employee. Smart phone has become a handy tool for people for not only communication but for transferring money from bank account and digital wallets using QR codes as a means for transaction. Similarly, blockchain has emerged as a tool to securing transactions of cryptocurrencies. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of each of these means, we have designed a novel blockchain framework called IOTDMSChain which will help users to perform several transactions in a secured way using the IoT devices.},
