Soaps are created by the reaction of a jetty acid with on alkaline metal hydroxide. during a chemical sense soap may be a salt made from a carboxylic acid & an alkali like sodium of potassium. The cleaning action of soap & detergents may be a result of thrill, ability to surround oil particles on a surface & disperse it in water. },
