A healthy lifestyle must be adopted with a proper balanced diet, physical activity and by giving due respect to biological clock. Healthy lifestyle methods are now easily achievable with nutritional counselling, regular medical check-ups and stress management techniques. Ayurveda offers various methods to manage life-style disorders by following Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Panchakarma therapy, Rasayana therapy.
