abstract = {Thank God, humans are unable to fly and destroy both the earth and the sky. It's really time to examine if environmental destruction is a necessary part of the nation's growth or development. Over the last ten years (2010–2020), India's sustainable industrial expansion is under risk due to the rise in environmental harm caused by man-made hazards, such as industrial accidents. This research looks at industrial incidents that cause environmental collateral damage during a ten-year span, from 2010 to 2020. The goal is to determine whether India is normalising the harm that industrial expansion does to the environment. This essay aims to identify the contributing elements behind industrial accidents that result in documented environmental harm and fatalities. To examine industrial mishaps and fatalities Using a variety of data sources, including the Indian government's accident review report, the Hindu News daily, and the International Disaster Database, I compiled a database of industrial incidents with documented environmental damage. Both qualitative and quantitative research served as the foundation for this work. The laws pertaining to industry and manufacturing firms need to be improved.},
