LEVERAGING BIG DATA AND AI IN HYBRID WORK SETTINGS

  • Incorporation of the hybrid mode in organisations is impossible without HR. Even though the foundation of the hybrid mode of work was laid before COVID-19, it was predominantly practised after the pandemic. The objective of this research is to provide a holistic view on the role played by HR in Hybrid mode. HR has to understand the employee’s attitude towards remote work and hybrid work to smoothen the adaption process. The success of a hybrid mode depends upon how well an HR bridges the gap between the real and virtual world. one of the ways in which an HR could successfully implement the hybrid mode is by utilizing Big data and AI. In order to get a better understanding from employee’s perspective, questionnaire was circulated to the middle level employees and HR.
