  • Abstract:
  • Model United Nations (MUN) conferences provide experiential learning opportunities that simulate real-world diplomacy and governance. This study examines the educational impact of a multi-committee MUN conference conducted in 2025, involving committees such as AIPPM, UNSC, UNGA, and UNHRC. Delegates debated critical issues including education reforms, global security, trade disputes, and human rights violations. Through structured debates, crisis simulations, and resolution drafting, participants developed political awareness, leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and global perspectives. The findings indicate that MUN participation enhances critical thinking, public speaking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, making it a powerful tool for civic education and holistic student development.
