  • Abstract:
  • Employee performance and job satisfaction are critical indicators of organizational effectiveness. This study integrates a comparative analysis of leadership styles and supervisory practices with contextual insights from Middle Eastern organizations. While leadership styles shape strategic direction, organizational culture, and long-term employee outcomes, supervisory practices influence day-to-day employee behavior and performance. The study further explores the role of cultural factors and sustainability initiatives, particularly Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), in shaping leadership effectiveness. Using a conceptual and mixed-methods perspective, the findings suggest that organizations that integrate transformational leadership with supportive supervisory practices aligned with cultural and environmental contexts achieve superior performance and employee satisfaction. The paper proposes a comprehensive framework linking leadership, supervision, culture, and sustainability outcomes.
