abstract = {Background: In homoeopathic analysis, concomitant symptoms are symptoms that alongside the principal complaint and may provide additional information for individualization. This article outlines a prospective repertorial study designed to examine whether documenting and evaluating concomitant symptoms influences the final remedy selected after repertorization.
Methods: Consecutive eligible cases would be assessed using a predefined case-taking form, with the chief complaint and concomitant symptoms recorded before repertorial analysis. Remedy selection based on the complete symptom picture would be compared with a selection made from the chief complaint alone. Agreement between selections, changes in remedy ranking, and the contribution of concomitants to the final decision would be documented.
Case presentation, treatment and follow-up: The protocol includes standardized documentation of an individual case from baseline assessment through individualized homoeopathic prescribing and scheduled follow-up.
Because no patient dataset or completed study results w supplied, these sections describe the planned documentation framework rather than fabricated clinical findings. Conclusion: This manuscript is presented study protocol and conceptual article rather than a report of completed clinical findings. A structured appicach may support transparent and reproducible assessment of the role of concomitant symptoms in repertorial decision-making},
