  • The rise of digital banking and online transactions has led to an increased risk of financial fraud. This research investigates consumer experiences, behaviors, and preferences related to online transaction fraud through a structured questionnaire. The study aims to identify common trends in fraud exposure, usage of security measures, awareness in monitoring transactions, and desired features in fraud detection tools. The findings can contribute to developing more robust and user-centered fraud prevention systems.
