  • Abstract:
  • —Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in employment generation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic development. The rapid growth of digital technologies has transformed the way MSMEs conduct financial transactions, market products, communicate with customers, and manage business operations. FinTech, e-commerce, digital payments, and other technology-enabled services have created new opportunities for MSMEs to overcome traditional barriers related to finance and market accessibility. At the same time, increasing environmental concerns have encouraged businesses to adopt green practices such as sustainable packaging, waste reduction, energy efficiency, recycling, and responsible resource utilization. This article examines the role of sustainable digital commerce in supporting MSME growth by focusing on three interconnected dimensions: FinTech adoption, e-commerce participation, and green business practices. The article argues that the integration of digital financial services and online commerce with environmentally responsible business practices can improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to long-term business sustainability. However, challenges such as digital literacy, cybersecurity, infrastructure limitations, financial constraints, and the initial cost of adopting green technologies continue to affect MSME digital transformation. The study highlights the need for an integrated approach in which technological innovation and environmental responsibility are incorporated into MSME business strategies.
