abstract = {Recurrent tonsillitis is characterized by repeated episodes of inflammation and infection of the palatine tonsils and is particularly common among children and adolescents. It can lead to recurrent sore throat, fever, dysphagia, cervical lymphadenopathy, tonsillar enlargement, absence from school or work, and repeated courses of antibiotics. The condition may be associated with viral or bacterial infections, particularly Group a Streptococcus, as well as environmental and host-related factors. Conventional management includes symptomatic treatment, appropriate antimicrobial therapy when bacterial infection is suspected or confirmed, and tonsillectomy in selected patients with sufficiently frequent or severe episodes. Homoeopathy is used as a complementary system of medicine with the aim of individualizing treatment according to the patient's total symptom picture and constitutional characteristics. Traditional homoeopathic practice commonly considers. However, the clinical evidence remains limited. Aim: The aim of this article is to describe the role of homoeopathic management in recurrent tonsillitis, discuss the possible causes and predisposing factors, outline commonly described homoeopathic remedies used according to the individual symptom picture, and review the available evidence regarding homoeopathy as a complementary approach in recurrent tonsillitis disease.},
