  • ICT has drastically changed the working style of modern libraries. It helps to improve the quality of library services. Libraries/information centers are providing various services to their users such as, reference service, circulation service, and current awareness service, selective dissemination of information service with the help of information and communication technologies (ICT). Currently libraries are added one more technology to provide alerting services to their users by using mobile apps.
