        abstract = {The rapid advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has significantly transformed the education sector, giving rise to digital learning ecosystems. Many countries now regard understanding ICT and mastering the basic skills and concepts of ICT as part of the core of education. This paper explores the role of ICT in enhancing the digital learning ecosystem, focusing on improving accessibility, learning outcomes, and teaching methodologies. The study also identifies key challenges in implementing ICT, such as lack of infrastructure, digital divide, and insufficient training for educators. Through a mixed-method approach, this research highlights the impact of ICT tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital content delivery, in promoting inclusive and quality education.
