  • This research paper focuses on the recruitment and selection practices at Jindal Sanjeevani Multi-Specialty Hospital, Torangallu, Ballari. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the hospital’s recruitment and selection processes, evaluating methods such as employee referrals, campus recruitment, and online hiring platforms. The research employs a descriptive design, utilizing simple random sampling and collecting both primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from literature. By improving recruitment strategies, reducing employee turnover, and expanding super-specialty services, Jindal Sanjeevani Hospital can enhance its workforce quality, further its mission of clinical excellence, and continue to grow as a leader in the regional healthcare landscape.
