  • Abstract:
  • Implementing TQM in Indian enterprises requires understanding how customers define quality in both the goods and services offered. The goal of this survey is to focus on ground-level programs that boost productivity after applying TQM in several Indian top sectors. Customer surveys are one approach to monitor product performance and quality, and they can assist managers in identifying design or production issues. Here, we've offered the various goals as sets. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to conclude that Indian firms are more concerned with improving product quality, information, planning, and cost reduction.
