  • Abstract:
  • Content strategy is being revolutionised by Artificial Intelligence (AI) automation, which is redefining how businesses generate, distribute, optimise and assess digital content. By integrating generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics and automated marketing tools, organisations have been able to create personalised content, improve engagement with their audience, reduce operational costs and strengthen the effectiveness of their marketing. This research study explores the link between AI automation and content strategy with a focus on content generation, customisation, distribution efficiency, audience engagement, and organisational success. The study uses a quantitative research approach backed by contemporary literature between 2023 and 2026. It looks at how AI-powered technologies affect efficiency in content generation, consumer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and strategic decision-making. Four analytical elements are considered: AI based content generation, tailored content delivery, automated content distribution and performance monitoring. The numerical tables are generated based on a clearly illustrative survey dataset of 200 hypothetical respondents to show the suggested analytical framework; these statistics are not real gathered empirical observations. The investigation shows how AI automation might enhance the pace of content creation, audience targeting, engagement and marketing efficiency, while minimising repetitive human tasks. But the deployment of AI also comes with difficulties related to data protection, algorithmic bias, originality, disinformation, transparency and supervision by humans. The report stresses that a successful AI-driven content strategy needs a blend of technology, human creativity, ethical considerations and constant performance analysis. The report finds that AI automation should be seen as a strategic augmentation rather than a wholesale replacement of human decision making. “Responsible AI use within content strategies will help organisations to enhance their digital competitiveness, customer experience and develop sustainable marketing capabilities in a technology-driven world.”
