  • Abstract:
  • Although MBA graduates have received extensive training in business management, many still struggle with personal financial planning, investment decision-making, and debt management. In this case study, the importance of financial literacy for recent MBA graduates is examined, along with notable knowledge gaps, the impact financial literacy has on both professional and personal success, and potential remedies. A review of academic literature and real-world case studies support the conclusions.
