  • Abstract:
  • This research examines the work-life balance of professional women in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) and the role that organizational support plays in this matter. The increasing number of women in leadership positions has made it harder for them to maintain a healthy work-life balance. A sample of 200 individuals with different ages and marital statuses was included in the study. We employed one-way ANOVA, regression analysis, independent samples t-tests, and descriptive statistics to analyze the data. The results show that work-life balance is significantly influenced by age and marital status, with older and married women reporting better balance. It was discovered that work-life balance was positively and statistically significantly impacted by organizational support. This suggests that good HR policies and supportive workplace practices are very important for lowering stress and increasing overall health. The study shows that companies need to make rules that are attentive to gender and make it easier for women to get help at work. These ideas are helpful for lawmakers, HR experts, and businesses who want to create workplaces that are fair and welcoming to everyone.
